Improving long-term care for older people in Europe - conference

Dear colleagues,
 
INTERLINKS is a a research project funded by the EU 7th Framework Programme to describe, analyse and improve long term care for older people in Europe. With health and social care systems in mind, its focus is on the INTERfaces and LINKS between prevention, rehabilitation, quality of services and informal care.

After 3 years of research we would like to invite you to our Final Conference: Improving long-term care for older people in Europe - together! The Conference will take place from 12-14 October 2011 in Baden near Vienna (Austria).

Participation in this conference (including all meals) will be free of charge, but unfortunately we'll not be able to reimburse accommodation and travel costs.
