INTERLINKS is a a research project funded by the EU 7th Framework Programme to describe, analyse and improve long term care for older people in Europe. With health and social care systems in mind, its focus is on the INTERfaces and LINKS between prevention, rehabilitation, quality of services and informal care.
After 3 years of research we would like to invite you to our Final Conference: Improving long-term care for older people in Europe - together! The Conference will take place from 12-14 October 2011 in Baden near Vienna (Austria).
Participation in this conference (including all meals) will be free of charge, but unfortunately we'll not be able to reimburse accommodation and travel costs.
Registration is open till 15 July 2011 (please mind that there is only a restricted number of places available)!
We would appreciate if you were to forward this message to other interested colleagues, even if you were not able to participate personally.
Thank you in advance for your support in disseminating INTERLINKS knowledge gathered on our website
http://interlinks.euro.centre.org (under continuous improvement).
Yours sincerely,
Kai Leichsenring
